The following terms and conditions govern the order by Customer (as defined below) and sale by Apollo's Candy Shop ("Seller") of any product made available by Apollo's Candy Shop (collectively the "Product"). Certain additional terms and conditions may accompany the Product and will apply, but in the event of a conflict, the following Terms and Conditions shall govern.

By ordering the product, whether by placing an order on the Apollo's Candy Shop website ( www.apolloscandyshop.ca ) or by any other means, the Customer accepts that these general conditions of sale (called "conditions") govern the contract between the Seller and the Customer and supersede any other terms and conditions which may be provided by the Customer. Apollo's Candy Shop's failure to object to any provision contained in any communication from Customer will not be deemed a waiver of the Terms and Conditions.

The term “Customer” means any person or entity who orders products from the Apollo’s Candy Shop website.

These general conditions of sale supersede the pre-printed conditions on the customer's orders and any written or oral communication or statement by any party relating to the product or the terms and conditions and cannot be modified by the Customer without the prior written consent of Apollo's Candy Shop.

All sales are “final” and are not eligible for returns/refunds given the food nature of our products.

We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
